From concern to action
Through trainings, briefings, and community gatherings, members build the practical skills to participate effectively, from engaging local leaders to stepping into leadership themselves.
Engagement that fits real life
We create meaningful, accessible ways to get involved—through your synagogue, your neighborhood, or your networks—so civic participation feels collective, not isolating.
What's at Stake
Antisemitism in New York is not background noise anymore. It is the foreground.
Jewish New Yorkers are one of the largest and most interconnected communities in the country, deeply rooted in the fabric of this city and a major civic presence. As policies affecting our daily lives are debated and decided, we must ensure that our voices are present at the table. We cannot afford to hand over decision-making power to those who do not share or prioritize our community’s interests.
The reality is visible and measurable. In 2025, the NYPD recorded 330 antisemitic hate crimes, 57% of all hate crimes in a city where Jews make up roughly 12% of the population. Synagogues surrounded by demonstrators. Campuses overtaken. Even the basic definitions of antisemitism are contested.
We do not believe the answer to a hostile climate is fear, withdrawal, or making ourselves smaller. We believe the answer is showing up, together, organized, and prepared to shape what comes next.
Polling & Reports
New York Solidarity Network conducts ongoing, data-driven polling to better understand the priorities, concerns, and lived experiences of voters across New York. Our research centers on both the issues shaping daily life—such as the economy, affordability, taxes, immigration, and public safety—as well as broader perceptions of city direction and political leadership. We make polling, research, and reports available to our members.
The 2026 NYSN Primary Voter & Volunteer Guide is here.
A nonpartisan, plain-English breakdown of how to vote, what’s on your ballot for the June 23 primary, and the most useful ways to get involved before Election Day. Download it. Share it. Bring it to your shul, your kids’ school, your block.
*Our members will also receive a candidate-specific voter guide.
